As a private, family owned Nursery for over forty years we have a proven process. We employ people who genuinely care about plants and they pass that on into their individual daily routine here. We care and nurture our inventory outdoors, in the natural habitat, which in turn creates a thriving & healthy part of your landscape. We over winter our trees, shrubs and perennials right here in Michigan where they need to acclimate to our seasons, naturally. When we bring in nursery stock, it comes from growers located only in climates parallel to us, bringing no transplant shock during the harsh seasons we endure. Many other outlets use large growers in the south providing a lush product upon arrival, deteriorating quickly upon seasonal Michigan changes, creating disappointment the following spring. While we offer no warranty, we are confident that with the proper care you will be thrilled with your investment for years to come. The first 12 - 18 months are crucial to a successful landscape. Proper sun exposure and water routines must be applied on a regular basis, much like children or pets. Planting location, soil conditions and any adverse weather needs to be taken into consideration while making your selection.
